Are you available on our wedding date?

The best way to check availability is to fill out my contact form with your wedding date and location. I book a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple my full attention, so dates can fill quickly—especially during peak season.

How do we book you?

To officially reserve your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Once those are received, your wedding date is secured on my calendar.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 9–18 months in advance. If your date is sooner, please still reach out — I occasionally have limited availability.

How many hours of coverage do we need?

Most couples choose 8 hours of coverage, which typically captures getting ready through key reception moments. I’m happy to help you build a custom timeline to determine what works best for your day.

Do you help with the timeline?

Absolutely. I work closely with my couples (and planners, if applicable) to create a photography-friendly timeline that allows for beautiful lighting and a stress-free experience.

How many photos will we receive?

You can expect a minimum of 500 professionally edited, high-resolution images for an 8-hour wedding. I do not cap the number of images — you’ll receive every meaningful and beautiful moment from your day.

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

Full wedding galleries are delivered within 4-6 weeks. I also send a small sneak peek shortly after your wedding so you have images to share right away.

What happens if the wedding runs late?

If your timeline shifts, I do my best to accommodate. Additional coverage can be added based on availability and is billed at my hourly rate.

What happens if you’re sick or there’s an emergency?

In the rare event of an emergency, I work with a trusted network of professional photographers and will secure a qualified replacement. Your wedding will always be covered.

Have you photographed at our venue before?

If I have, I’m happy to share examples. If not — no problem! I always arrive early to scout locations and find the best lighting and portrait spots.

What are you like on a wedding day?

I bring a calm, organized, and encouraging presence. I’ll guide you when needed and step back for candid moments. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully present — while I capture it all.
